Honor and inspire: Inspirational Educators endowment

Posted on November 01, 2021

Teaching makes a profound impact, and that carries on to inspire future generations who will influence a whole new set of students. The Inspirational Educators endowment celebrates this impact and pays it forward.

A gift of $1,000 honors a remarkable educator – whether pre-K, middle school, high school, or elsewhere – who played a key role in your life. The gift helps fund an endowment for School of Education students ready to inspire new classes of students.

This year, Larrine Arnett is the second recipient of this new endowment, joining inaugural recipient Autumn Hubert as well as many future educators as the endowment grows.

Nominate an educator who made a big difference to you. They can be nominated by an individual or group and can be nominated posthumously.

A gift of $1,000 toward the endowment guarantees a plaque for your inspirational educator in the School of Education building and recognition online.

Goals: To pay forward the impact of the inspirational educators, support students in the School of Education and elevate the profession of education.
