Dr. Erick Byrd, associate professor of Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality and Tourism at the Bryan School of Business and Economics, led a research team of faculty and students to form a profile of winery visitors for the NC Wine and Grape Council. These findings will help the council craft successful marketing and promotional campaigns and help the wineries enhance their customer service.
