The youngest child in a family of military personnel, police, and educators, Gabriel Yarborough had his sights set on professional acting from a young age. Now, he’s an acting major with minors in musical theatre and dance. He’s also a Spartan Orientation staff member and Spartan Guide. “I love helping people and leaving my mark on campus,” he says.

During the pandemic, he reached 580K followers on TikTok, but for Yarborough, there’s nothing like being on set and on stage. He’s appeared in the film “The 24th” and the television series “Filthy Rich.” Now UNCG is preparing him for future starring roles.
